Refund Policy — Sage Lane Events

At Sage Lane Events, we take great pride in providing thoughtful, personalized wedding planning services designed to make your experience seamless and stress-free. Because our work begins long before your wedding day, we have the following refund and cancellation policy in place:

Deposits & Retainers

All deposits and retainers are non-refundable. These payments secure your date and cover the time and resources allocated to the early stages of planning.

Payments & Cancellations

If a client chooses to cancel services after signing the agreement:

  • Any payments made up to the cancellation date are non-refundable.

  • If cancellation occurs before services have begun, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of Sage Lane Events.

  • If the event is postponed, payments can typically be applied toward the new date if Sage Lane Events is available.

Vendor Payments

Please note that Sage Lane Events does not issue refunds on behalf of third-party vendors. Each vendor’s individual contract and refund policy will apply.

Event Cancellations Beyond Client Control

In the rare event that your wedding must be canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control (such as extreme weather or emergency), Sage Lane Events will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a new date or provide adjusted services in good faith.
