Disclaimer

At Sage Lane Events, our goal is to make your planning experience as seamless and stress-free as the day itself. To reserve your date and begin the design and coordination process, a signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required.

Retainer & Booking

A non-refundable retainer of 30% of your total package cost is due upon signing your contract. This payment officially secures your wedding date and ensures dedicated planning time on our calendar.

Payment Schedule

For full planning and partial planning packages:

• 30% Retainer – Due at booking (non-refundable)

• 30% Midway Payment – Due halfway through the planning process (typically 3–4 months before your wedding)

• 40% Final Payment – Due no later than 30 days prior to the wedding date

For Month-of or Day-of Coordination packages:

• 50% Retainer – Due at booking (non-refundable)

• 50% Final Payment – Due 30 days before the event

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments can be made securely through:

• Credit or debit card 

• ACH bank transfer

• Please note that cash and personal payment apps (such as Venmo, Cash App, or personal Zelle) are not accepted for business transactions.

Late Payments

Payments not received by their due date may incur a 5% late fee per week and could pause planning services until payment is received in full.
